This website is operated by Elunor Pet Shop ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase and account information and to update it promptly.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Wood grain and finish vary naturally between pieces. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance; an order is accepted when it ships.

4. Promotions and discounts

Discount codes and automatic offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one order-level discount applies per order.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Product safety and use

Our products are intended for household pets and must be assembled and used according to the included instructions. Always supervise pets with new furniture, toys and feeding equipment. Check crate and enclosure sizing against your animal before purchase; we are happy to help you measure.

7. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not store card details. Third-party services are subject to their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, graphics and the Elunor name and marks, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elunor Pet Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
