Refund & Return Policy

We want the piece to belong in your home. If it does not, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging with all hardware and parts.
Furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
For hygiene reasons, opened grooming tools, feeding accessories and pet beds that have been used cannot be returned.
Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email vnecomllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Return shipping

Damaged, defective or incorrect item: we cover all return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice. Please send photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery so we can file the carrier claim.
Change of mind: the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. For furniture and other oversized items this cost is typically $25 to $75 depending on size and destination; we tell you the exact amount before you ship anything back.

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of arrival at the warehouse), we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post the refund within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. For sizing questions on crates and beds, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are handed to the carrier, usually within 24 hours of purchase. After that the order is treated as a return.
