Large pieces ship flat-packed and may arrive in more than one box on different days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Returns
Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
