Where do you ship?
Elunor ships within the 48 contiguous United States. No AK/HI/territories/PO/APO/international on the current policy.
Is shipping free?
Store policy: free US shipping on orders over $99 (when the cart qualifies). Always confirm at checkout — rates can vary by method and address.
How long until it ships / arrives?
Per live store copy and shipping policy: orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. After dispatch, accessories/beds/carriers often 3–7 business days; furniture often 5–10 business days. Treat the product page as SKU-specific if it differs.
Where does my item ship from?
Check the product page. Sitewide language is that pieces ship from US warehouses where that is true for the live SKU. If the PDP and this FAQ ever disagree, trust the PDP or email us before you pay.
Can I return furniture?
Returns: unused items within 30 days, contact vnecomllc@gmail.com. Assembled furniture is generally non-returnable. Read the full returns policy before large kennel orders.
